Six teenagers missing since last week

Six teenagers, including three girls, went missing from a colony in the national capital on the same day a week ago with police claiming that four of them were in a relationship.
    
Police have registered two cases of kidnapping in this regard on February 11 and today, a senior police officer said here.
    
The teenagers, aged between 14 and 17 years, were all residents of New Sanjay Amar Colony and went missing on February ten. The children went to school and did not return, their families claimed.
    
However, police claimed that preliminary investigations revealed that two boys and girls "were in love and eloped".
    
"We are investigating the matter. A case of kidnapping has been registered. During investigations, we came to know that two boys and two girls were in some relationship," the officer said, adding "we are trying to find them".
    
Ram Kumar Dhingara, a social worker in the area, claimed that he has a list of over 20 children who went missing from the same locality in the past few years.
    
"Six children went missing on February ten. I have a list of about 20 children who went missing in the past few years. None of them have returned," he claimed.
