The state CID will conduct narco-analysis test on two disciples of the Asaram Ashram in its investigation of the mysterious death of the two boys from the ashram hostel. The advocate general informed the Gujarat high court about this during the hearing of public interest litigation filed seeking a probe in the case by sitting high court judge.

The court also gave consent to Praful Waghela, father of deceased kid Dipesh, to appear as a party in the case and asked to file an affidavit for what he wants to submit.

Advocate general, Kamal Trivedi, submitted that the metropolitan court had ordered narco analysis tests to be conducted on two disciples, Yogesh Bhati and Pankaj Saxena. Though the duo had challenged the order in the sessions court, it however, rejected their revision application. Following this, the test will now be conducted on the duo on February 16 and 20, dates of which were also confirmed by the forensic science laboratory.
