Delhi Police on Thursday, arrested another accused in the DDA flat allotment scam and later got his two-day custody from a court.

Raju Ram was arrested by the economic offence wing (EOW) of the Delhi police which produced him before duty Metropolitan Magistrate Neeraj Gaur who remanded him to police custody for his questioning.

According to the police, they have recovered 150 DDA forms from him besides two cheques to the tune of Rs 2.4 lakh.

Ram was arrested on the disclosure statement of Deepak Kumar. Kumar, a law graduate, was earlier arrested for allegedly collecting details of SC/ST people and submitting applications for flats earmarked for the reserved category without their knowledge.

The accused were arrested from a place near Dwarka in South West Delhi, the police said.
