Woman shot at by son-in-law

JAIPUR: An elderly woman was shot at allegedly by her son-in-law who was out on bail in a domestic violence case at Transport Nagar here, police said on Monday.

Rahul Gurjar fired at his mother-in-law Kamal Bhardwaj who was accompanying his wife Sweety and their six-month-old son while they were coming from Alwar to appear before a local family court, they said.
      
Kamal, who sustained a bullet injury in the incident, was admitted to a local hospital, while Rahul has been arrested, they added.
      
Rahul was earlier arrested by the police on a complaint lodged by his wife accusing him of attempting to murder her.  He was released on bail a fortnight back, police said.
