TV actor gets to wear Ash’s clothes from Jodhaa Akbar

Kanica Maheshwari, who plays a royal character in a TV soap Raja Ki Aayegi Barat, is one happy actor as she gets to wear the same clothes which Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan wore in Jodhaa Akbar. The clothes were sent from Neeta Lulla’s office. “When I came to know that I will be wearing the clothes that Aishwarya wore, I was ecstatic. The outfits make my look so authentic,” says Kanica. The soap has a royal backdrop and rich traditional costumes are needed for almost all the characters.
