RAJKOT: Terming increase of terrorism activities as a 'Global Terrorism' Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi said Gandhiji's ethics of non violence could be the best answer to make world free from terrorim.
       
Modi was at Gandhiji's birth place Porbunder to mark Gandhiji's 139th birth anniversary said, "We should follow the path of Gandhi and adapt his ethics of non-violence against the violence.
       
Terrorism has no limits and has spread to every corner of the world, Modi said, adding the world could be freed from terrorism only by adapting Gandhiji's ethics of non-violence.
       
The state government has decided to develop rural areas in Gujarat by Gandhiji's thought of adapting human approach for the development and given the villges latest technology and blood bank facilities, he said.
       
The Chief Minister also laid foundation stone of new collector office in Porbunder to be constructed with a cost of Rs six crore.
       
Modi also unveiled statues of Gandhiji and Kasturba at Sandipani ashram.
