Munaf fined for foulmouthing India teammates

Pacer Munaf Patel has been fined 75 per cent of his match fee by match referee Rajendra Jadeja for foulmouthing Test players Akash Chopra and Virender Sehwag.

VADODARA: Pacer Munaf Patel has been fined 75 per cent of his match fee by  match referee Rajendra Jadeja for foulmouthing Test players Akash Chopra and Virender Sehwag on the third day of the Irani Trophy tie between Ranji champions Delhi and Rest of India

Delhi captain  Sehwag had Friday complained to Jadeja that his India teammate  Munafr abused him during the match.

Munaf has allegedly abused Chopra and when Sehwag tried to intervene, he also got  tongue-lashing from the paceman. Munaf is reported to have  foulmouthed fellow-fast bowler Ishant Sharma too.
