Tarangini to embark on multinational expedition

KOCHI: Indian Navy's Sail Training Ship INS Tarangini will embark on a multinational Sailing Expedition on September 22 with the cadets of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasala, Pune.
   
This expedition is among a series of events which are being conducted to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of NDA's glorious seacrvice to the nation and its Armed Forces. Two officers and 51 cadets in two groups will take part in the expedition, a naval press release said.
  
INS Tarangini will be flagged-off for the expedition by Vice Admiral S K Damle, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Southern Naval Command.
