Sobhraj to pen two autobiographies

'Bikini Killer' Charles Sobhraj has been working on two autobiographies simultaneously -- one containing 'positive' aspects of his life and another dealing with his darker side.

KATHMANDU: Jailed 'Bikini Killer' Charles Sobhraj has been working on two autobiographies simultaneously -- one containing 'positive' aspects of his life while the other dealing with his darker side, a close American aide of the notorious criminal said.
 
"Sobhraj and myself have been writing the book," David Woodard, the criminal's aide and co-author of one of the autobiographies containing only positive aspects, said.
 
His psychological aspects, sentiments and other positive aspects are being highlighted, he said.
 
Sobhraj is also writing another book by himself, which talks about his confession of the crimes he committed in the past, Woodard said.
 
The book has been almost complete and will be published soon, he added.
 
Nicknamed the 'Bikini killer' and 'Serpent' Sobhraj has been accused of luring young women and killing many of them.
 
The 64-year-old celebrity criminal, who has been in splashed in the international media recently for his "engagement" to a young Nepali beauty was arrested in 2003 from Kathmandu's Royale Casino, was convicted by the Kathmandu District Court in 2004 for the murder of American backpacker Connie Jo Bronjich in 1975.
