MS Dhoni continues to evade media

RANCHI: India's one-day skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who has been chosen for the prestigious 'Khel Ratna', spent time with kids on Tuesday obliging their requests for the authographs here but did not speak to the media.
    
The dashing cricketer, now on a break from cricketing activity, signed autographs and posed for a photo session with the children at the residence of former Jharkhand Home Minister and All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) president Sudesh Mahato.
    
Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda sent a bouquet and spoke to the cricket star over telephone during the day.
    
Koda lauded his achievement 'in such a short span of career' and wished him to scale more heights.
    
Maharastra Congress leader Kripa Shankar Singh, meanwhile, has invited Dhoni to Mumbai for a felicitation ceremony, according to the chief minister's press advisor.
