Pia Trivedi is back again to dance with Abhishek again to the tunes of Nobody Like You in Mission Istanbul.
Pia is excited about this song, “Abhishek is really lucky for me. He and I share the screen space in the song unlike Ek Mein Aur Ek Tu where there were two other models along with me. I think we’ll make a great pair on-screen.”
Seems like she had a ball while shooting for the song.
“It was so much fun working with him. We rehearsed for three hours everyday for three days and I stayed on for three extra hours everyday to perfect my dance movements. Abhishek kept telling me ‘Tell him (director Apoorva Lakhia) that you want to go home’ and I always told him I didn’t want to,” says Pia adding, “Before we started shooting for the song, Abhishek kept saying ‘We won’t dance until Apu (Apoorva Lakhia) danced.’” So, Apu was left with no choice...he just had to dance.
That apart, Pia is also having a lot of fun hosting and judging Get Gorgeous 5 on the small screen. As the tagline of the show goes ‘Sexy, naughty, bitchy’, we wonder how bitchy this girl really is.
She defends herself and says, “I used to be very bitchy during school days. I’ve done my share of 'bitchiness'. I was a tyrant then.” Well, does that mean, she’s not all of this now, we ask but Pia subtly denies it.
Anyway, this girl thinks she has entered the industry at the right time. Ask her why and she says, “First, I get to show my dancing skills in Mission Istanbul and then, my show on Channel V requires me to talk in Hindi because of which, I have greatly improved my Hindi skills. Now, the people in the industry will realise that this I speak good Hindi and can also dance well,” she signs off.
