Congress
It is the single largest party in the Lok Sabha, with a block of 154 MP’s. The group is likely to vote for the deal barring rebel MP Kuldeep Bishnoi from Haryana. Also on the suspect list are some its MPs from Uttar Pradesh

BJP

#The party has 130 MPs in the Lok Sabha. Several of them favour the nuclear deal. Some may even abstain.

RJD

Lalu Prasad Yadav’s RJD has 24 MPs in the Lok Sabha. The group is expected to vote together as a block.

Left
The Left parties have a block of 61 MPs. They will vote against the government en bloc.

DMK
DMK has 16 MPs in the house. Like the RJD, all its MPs will also vote in favour of the government.

BSP
Mayawati’s party has 17 members in the Lok Sabha . Three of them are in touch with the SP, and may switch sides at the time of the vote.

SP
Mulayam Singh has 39 MPs, of whom three have openly declared their intention to vote against the government. At least four more are said to be in touch with the BSP.

Akali Dal
The BJP’s Punjab coalition partner is under severe pressure not to vote against the first Sikh Prime Minister of the country. Might consider abstention.

NCP
Sharad Pawar’s NCP has 11 MPs. There’s no evidence of any rebels in their ranks. Will vote for the government.

PMK
Ramadoss’ party has 6 MPs in the Lok Sabha. Having juts broken off with the DMK it is might ally with the AIADMK in Tamil Nadu. UPA managers fear Jayalalithaa might succeed in persuading them to vote against the government.

JMM
Shibu Soren’s party has 6 MPs in the house. Soren is sore with the PM for not taking him back into the government even after his acquittal by the high court. He has demanded a return to government as well as chief ministership of Jharkhand for his nominee.

Lok Jan Shakti Party
Ram Vilas Paswan’s four MPs are expected to vote with the government.

JD (S)
Deve Gowda’s party has two MPs, and is still holding out. Gowda wants assurances of an electoral pact for the Lok Sabha elections and a reasonable number of seats for the JD(S) in Karnataka.

RLD
Ajit Singh’s RLD has 3 MPs. Peeved at being ignored by the Congress for four years, it is looking for a bargain with the Congress to deliver its vote.
1-man shows

The PDP, RPI (Ramdas Athavale), IUML, AIMIM and SDF have one MP each. They will vote with the government, but some of the Muslim MPs are wary. Three independent MPs could vote anyway after some bargaining.

TRS
The three-member party is holding out to get a favourable commitment on a Telengana state.
