When Wall Street met 70mm

Film buffs, it’s time to rejoice again. For the first time in the city, a film festival is being organised on stock markets. Enlighten Film Society, for the first year, celebrates cinema from around the world with an
International Film Festival themed ‘Wall Street meets 70mm’.

The screening would be at Metro Adlabs from June 5 to June 6. The festival kick-starts with Oliver Stone’s hugely acclaimed film Wall Street. The next movie is Barbarians At The Gate. On June 6, the festival will showcase Boiler Room and Rogue Trader.

The movies are primarily based on markets, corporate world, corporate governance and stock values, which will be based on factors that can inspire renewed fervour among the audiences on the ever-shaky market.
