Kya aap paanchvi pass... games to launch

MUMBAI: Indiagames, a UTV venture and global publisher of mobile games, has announced its partnership with Bulldog Media and Entertainment and Star TV network to exclusively develop games for "Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas se tez hain?" hosted by Shah Rukh Khan.
       
This is the first offering from Indiagames on its newly launched proprietary "Play" platform covering games across the three screens which include mobile, PC online and interactive television.
       
Indiagames will also be publishing the entire range of non-gaming content including wallpapers, animations, ringtones,themes for the show, a UTV release said here on Tuesday.
       
"Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?" is a studio based game show in which contestants compete for a prize of Rs five crore by attempting to answer questions taken from grade school level 1-5. The show is an international adaptation of popular Mark Burnett Franchise "Are You smarter than the fifth grader" and is brought to India by Bulldog Media and Entertainment.
       
Samir Bangara, COO, Indiagames said 'Paanchvi Pass" was a unique property which provides them the ideal platform to showcase the "Play" gaming platform.
       
He said it will be for the first time that a game will be available across multiple platforms like mobile, PC, DTH and IPTV thus ensuring that the consumers can access the content anytime, anywhere and on a device of their choice.
