AURANGABAD: Two days after making BJP leadership bow to his demands party, its senior leader Gopinath Munde spelt out his political ambition saying he wants to become a member of Parliament.

"It is now my ambition to move to Delhi as a member of Parliament. This I will do it with the blessings of people," Munde said while addressing a rally at Shri Kshetra Bhagwangarh in the border of Beed and Ahmednagar district yesterday.

Speaking for the first time in a public meeting after his standoff with the party central leadership on the issue of appointment of key functionaries of the party's Maharashtra unit, Munde said "nothing new can happen without me in Mumbai, Delhi or even Beed district."

Munde said he would be successful in future mission because of three qualities that he has inherited--self-confidence, fearlessness and strong determination--mean "nothing is impossible".
