The headline of a local paper went like this: 'Clark laughs off jeers of a clown'. The word 'clown' here is aimed at Indian opener Virender Sehwag. The headline was for a report that said Australian bowler Stuart Clark has laughed off Sehwag's comments who said the world champions are sacred of being beaten by India.

Sehwag said Australia are afraid of being challenged and Clark replied to that saying, "I find that pretty much laughable to be fair. We're going through a stage where India are playing good cricket and our guys are really excited and really keen to show everyone that we're still the best team in the world."

Nowhere in the report Clark mentioned the word 'clown' but the headline writer used it, surprising many and angering a few. An Indian commentator thought the headline was in bad taste and made his reservation known to a reporter of the paper. There has not yet been a formal reaction from the Indian side to that headline though.
