Six militants nabbed in UP

LUCKNOW: The STF of Uttar Pradesh has arrested six terrorists including three Pakistani nationals suspected to be involved in the CRPF Camp attack at Rampur on January 1.
   
According to STF sources, while the three terrorists having Pakistani passports were nabbed in Lucknow, the rest three were arrested in Rampur.
   
Huge quantity of arms and ammunition including AK-47 assault rifles, hand grenades and explosives were recovered from the possession of the arrested terrorists.
   
However, the other details of the arrested militants would be made available by the police later today.
   
Earlier on January 1, suspected militants of banned Lashkar-e-Taiba attacked the CRPF base camp at Rampur and shot dead nine people- five CRPF jawans, three UP police personnel and a rickshaw puller.
