Goods train derails in Mumbai

MUMBAI: Three bogies of a goods train derailed here this morning, affecting train services on the Central Railway route.

The derailment took place between Kanjur Marg and Bandup stations at around 0430 hrs, Railway Police said, adding no one was injured.

Suburban as well as long-distance train services had been delayed due to the derailment, they said, adding the work was on to remove the bogies and repair the tracks.
