KOLKATA: Priyanka Todi, widow of Rizwanur Rehman whose mysterious death is presently being probed by the CBI, on Thursday sent a second letter, a hand-written one, to her mother-in-law Keshwar Jahan asking her to return her personal belongings.

The content of the letter was similar to that letter she had sent earlier through her solicitor but this time it had some personal touch, Rizwan's family sources said.

"The letter reached our house this afternoon. The name undersigned is that of Priyanka and she has asked for some personal things like greetings cards, family album and her school and college certificates which she has left here," Rizwanur's elder brother Rukbanur said.

When asked whether they are planning to answer her letter Rukbanur said, "We will decide soon what to do next".

Earlier on Tuesday, Priyanka, through her lawyer, had sent a letter to her mother-in-law asking for her personal belongings lying with the family as she did not wish to return to them. She had asked her to hand over the belongings to a person she would send.

Jahan in her reply, had asked her to collect them herself and not through any person. Jahan further wrote that she was hurt as she always considered Priyanka her daughter-in-law and if she needed anything she should have told her directly.
