BJP activists demonstrate to protect Ram Setu

VIJAYAWADA: Demanding the protection of Ram Setu bridge at Rameswaram, BJP activists on Tuesday staged a demonstration in front of the Gandhi statue in the city.
    
Party national executive member K Hari Babu, who led the protest march, demanded that the Centre should stop destruction of Ram Setu, which is a symbol of Indian culture and faith.
    
City BJP leaders L R K Prasad and U Srinivasa Raju also participated in the demonstration.
