'Neighbouring countries foment tension in India'

FARRUKHABAD: Union Minister of State for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal has said some of the neighbouring countries always conspire 'to foment tension in India out of jealousy'.

"Some of our neighbours are jealous of India's progress and they keep hatching conspiracies to disrupt harmony in the country," Jaiswal said at an election rally here on Monday evening, while referring to the recent serial blasts in Hyderabad.

"The people of the country had adopted a positive attitude towards such disruptive activities on earlier occasions and they will do so now also," he said.
