NEW DELHI: Congress on Wednesday said all legal processes should be invoked and enforced against Bofors accused Ottavio Quattrocchi who walked free out of Argentina after a six-month legal battle.

Party spokesman Abhishek Singhvi said that the Congress has nothing to say in respect of a detailed judicial process in a foreign country which resulted in Quattrocchi walking free.

"The procedure has gone in great detail over six months and the entire matter is between the agencies of that country, courts and the accused", he said.

Since the matter is a "favourite whipping stick" for the opposition against the Congress for the last 20 years, all legal processes which are available should be invoked and enforced.
