ISLAMABAD: Enthused by the apex court judgement reinstating suspended Chief Justice Iftikhar M. Chaudhry, two former Pakistani Prime Ministers in exile are planning to move the Supreme Court seeking their unhindered return to the country before the general elections this year.

Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto -- whose confidante Altraz Ahsan was Justice Chaudhry's lead counsel -- would move the Supreme Court to seek quashing of all the
corruption cases, pending in different courts of law, against her, 'The News' reported here on Sunday.

Even exiled former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his younger brother Shahbaz Sharif are considering options to move the apex court against the banishment of their family from the Islamic nation. However, both these leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz are yet to take a decision in this regard

An earlier Supreme Court ruling to the effect went unimplemented as Shahbaz was bundled back to Saudi Arabia from the Lahore Airport, when he had tried to force his entry into the Pakistan some two years back.

The Sharif family was banished to Saudi Arabia in December 2000 reportedly under an agreement according to which, they will have to stay out of the country for at least
ten years.

Thought the Sharifs have denied that they signed any such agreement, the government has said on many occasions that it's in possession of the pact signed by some members of the Sharif family but is reluctant to make it public because the Saudi government is a party to the deal.
