Two Pak nationals held near Indo-Pak border

Security forces detained two Pakistani nationals from Kathua and Samba districts after they infiltrated into the Indian territory along the Indo-Pak border.

JAMMU: Security forces on Monday detained two Pakistani nationals from Kathua and Samba districts after they infiltrated into the Indian territory along the Indo-Pak border.

The BSF troops observed some movement near the International Border in Kathua and Maluchak in Samba early this morning and detained the duo, a BSF spokesman said.

The two have been identified as 20-year-old Sher Ali of Puldingra of Faizabad district and 28-year-old Tanveer Ahmed of Shakergarh area of Nanli district in Pakistan, he said.

However, nothing incriminating was found from them, he said, adding they would be handed over to police after interrogation.
