Brain Lara to return to cricket?

KINGSTON: Less than a month after his surprise retirement from international cricket, batting legend Brian Lara has hinted that he could return to the game in near future.

"A bat is going to be in my hand in the near future. Brian Lara loves playing cricket and would still like to play cricket at some point in time," he said.

Lara, who was speaking at the launch of an exhibition celebrating his illustrious career at the MCC museum in Lord's on Wednesday, however did not elaborate on his statement but said he will be training and keeping in shape, presumably for some form of competitive cricket.
