KANPUR: The Centre on Saturday said it cannot rule out the involvement of foreign terrorist organisations in Hyderabad's mecca mosque explosion which so far claimed 14 lives, including three in police firing.

"Investigating agencies have got some important clues in Mecca mosque explosion case and on that basis the hands of terrorist groups from across the border cannot be ruled out," Union Minister of State for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal said.

He said investigating agencies were working hard and they would disclose the conspiracy soon.

Jaiswal said since the blast probe was at a primary stage it was not possible to reach any conclusion or point out any finger to any particular group responsible for the explosion.

"It is sure that this was the handiwork of those who do not want peace and communal Harmony in the country," he said.

Jaiswal said that ten companies of Rapid Action Force had reached Hyderabad on Friday and if the Andhra Pradesh Government asks for additional central force, it would be provide without delay.

He said the Centre was keeping close watch on the situation in Hyderabad and all steps were being taken to maintain peace and communal harmony there.
