Housewife found murdered in south Delhi

NEW DELHI: A 40-year-old woman, whose marriage was on the rocks, was on Wednesday found murdered at her house in a posh locality in south Delhi.

Archana Grover's body was found at her Saket residence where she has been living with her 11-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter.

Police said she has been strangled to death, but have so far found no clue about her killers and the motive behind the murder.

Mysteriously, Grover's maid servant is missing after the incident and a hunt is on to nab her as police suspect she could throw light into the murder.

Police said the woman has been living separately after relationship with her husband Pankaj Rakesh, a documentary maker, became strained.

Police said they could not contact Rakesh also. "We are looking into all angles," a senior police official said when asked about progress in the investigation.
