CHITTAGONG: India will field Robin Uthappa and RP Singh in place of left-arm pacer Zaheer Khan and injured S Sreesanth against Bangladesh in the inconsequential third and final ODI cricket which is in danger of being affected by a hurricane on Tuesday.

The local met office has issued a hurricane warning for Wednesday, and there was a possibility of the game getting truncated as the elements are bound to play havoc in the lead-up due to high winds.

India captain Rahul Dravid announced that Uthappa would bat at the number three position, a slot Mahendra Singh Dhoni occupied in the first two ODIs.

"Sreesanth has injury and Zaheer too will not play tomorrow. Robin and RP did not play in the last two matches and they will definitely play tomorrow," Dravid said.

"Robin will bat at number three because soon you have the Test series and Dhoni already had to shoulder a lot of workload," he said.

Tuesday's match at the Bir Sreshta Shahid Ruhul Amin Stadium provides India an excellent opportunity to test their strengths and weaknesses and experiment with the line-up before setting sail for England.

Meanwhile vice-captain Mohammad Ashraful was ruled out of the match following high fever. The host camp has become a mini hospital with Shahadat Hossain Rajib, Abdur Razzak and Farhad Reza down with high fever, according to skipper Habibul Bashar.
