CHELTENHAM: British model/actress Elizabeth Hurley and her businessman fiance Arun Nayar will marry in England on March 3, according to documents filed in a local register's office.

Hurley, 41, will marry the Indian businessman, 42, in the English countryside, according to the banns, a public announcement of marriage, at the local register's office in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

The couple paid the standard fee of approximately $58 and spent an hour with a registrar going through paperwork.

According to British press reports, the ceremony will be held at the country home of Hurley's friend, followed by a party in India.

The model raised eyebrows by describing herself as a "professional actress" on her notice of marriage.

Hurley starred as the leading lady in blockbusters like Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and Bedazzled.

She gave her address as Sudeley Castle, where the wedding is to take place, and not one of her three homes.

The model is a friend of the castle's heir Henry Dent-Brocklehurst, godfather to Liz's son Damian.
