Delhi HC issues notice to Nimbus on Prasar Bharati's petition

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice to Nimbus Communications on a petition filed by Prasar Bharati, challenging the interim order by the single judge bench directing the public broadcaster to telecast seven minutes delayed feed of the cricket matches.

A devision bench comprising Chief Justice MK Sharma and Justice Sanjiv Khanna refused to stay the interim order and posted the matter for hearing on February 9.
