No solution in sight to solve Speaker-NDA row

NEW DELHI: A solution to the standoff between Speaker Somnath Chatterjee and opposition NDA is not immediately in sight.

NDA leaders said they were awaiting a response from the Speaker to their communication in which they have raised certain issues on the running of the House.

As they were awaiting the Speaker's response, there was no further meeting with him on the issue and the NDA plans to continue today the boycott of the Business Advisory Committee scheduled in the evening.
