Aussies favourites to win

Australia is now the bookies' favourite to win the ICC Champions trophy. Australia has replaced India, the reigning favourite till Friday. Sources said that bookies wanted India to win the last match against West Indies. But as India lost in Ahmedabad, it is now being considered the last in the list.

The odds are — Australia: Rs2.40, South Africa: Rs3.30, West Indies: Rs4.55, New Zealand: Rs5.50 and India:  Rs6.25.

The betting odds for the India-Australia match are in Australia’s favour; Australia: 0.55p and India: Rs1.65p. The odds also indicate that the Indian star batsmen are not likely to touch any centuries.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni's half a century is placed at 0.95p, while his century is placed at Rs12. For Rahul Dravid the odds stand at Rs1.40p for half a century and Rs10.60 for a century.

It's Rs1.80p for every half a century and Rs11 for every century that master blaster Sachin Tendulkar hits. The total odds are slated to touch Rs1200 crore.
