NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the Sikkim Government and the State Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling on a petition alleging that he has amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
 
The petition was filed by Kunga Nima Lepcha, general secretary of the Sikkim Pradesh Congress Committee.
