NEW DELHI: A former staffer of HSBC Bank, held over charges that he siphoned money from customer accounts, has links with Pakistan based militants, the police said on Saturday.
 
Nadeem Kashmiri, who was sacked from the bank in India last month, has ‘‘showed signs of deception” during interrogation and lie detector tests when he was asked “target questions,” Inspector General of Police Sushant Mahapatra stated, according to reports.
