Diana gets ride of her life in Spain!

MUMBAI: Actress Diana Hayden, who went to Barcelona to anchor the 2006 Laureus World Sports Awards, little imagined that she would get the ride of her life there.

Diana zip zap zoomed at a speed she had never dreamt of. As it happened - Mika Hakkinen, a Formula-1 racing champion, asked her to accompany him on a drive in the fast lane when they met there.

Not willing to miss the adventure, Diana donned the professional racing suit and stepped into his AMG-Mercedes for a spin on the F1 racetrack.

"What an adrenalin rush! It was not only euphoric, but a little dizzy too," she quipped stepping out of the racing car. After all, the car speed was a whizzing 285 km per hour!
