Nasser Hussain retained as captain for tour to Malaysia and Thailand.

MUMBAI: A 24-member Hutch Indian Rugby team was selected for a two-match tour to Malaysia and Thailand at the Bombay Gymkhana on Friday.

The team will leave for Kuala Lumpur on June 3 for a six-day tour. The selections were made after a 7-day camp held at the Gymkhana grounds, which started on May 27.  The team will play its first match against Malaysia on June 5. The next game will be against Thailand on June 7.

Team: Nasser Hussain (capt), Mukarram Faizullabhoy (vice capt), Simon Patel Knowles, Manmandir Singh Samra, Samunder Singh, Hrishikesh Pendse, Sandeep Singh, Shailesh Devrukhkar, Timothy Wilkes, Emil Vartazarian, Raymond Jeejeebhoy, Amarveer Singh Ladhar, Ajay Sabharwal, Ganesh Sawant, Francis Brown, Chaitanya Singh, Mufaddal Indorewala, Ali Reza Choaspur, Puneet Krishnamoorty, Parvinder Singh, Supratik Sen, Rahul Bose, Faizal Siddiqui, Amit Lochab.
