Water cut in Pune on October 20

Water supply to parts of the city like Cantonment, Wanavdi, Satara Road and Bibvewadi will be cut off on Thursday.

According to the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the affected areas would be Pune Cantonment, Solapur Bazar, Wanavdi, Fatimanagar, BT Kawade Road, Mundhwa, Command Hospital and Defence Colony.

According to the PMC, water supply to the following areas would also be cut off on Thursday: Satara Road, Padmavati, Bibvewadi, Taljai, Katraj, Dhankavdi, Padmavati, Indiranagar, Sukhsagarnagar, Chaitraban, Kondhwa, Shivnerinagar, Mithanagar, Saibabanagar and Bhagyodayanagar.

Water supply to the above areas would be cut off as the power supply to Padmavati and Bibvewadi pumping stations would cut off by Mahavitaran for repairs.
