Arun Jadhav robbed of Rs1.67 lakh at Marine Drive

The Marine Drive police are on the lookout for two unknown persons who had allegedly robbed a 25-year-old man of Rs1.67 lakh on Tuesday night.

The police said Curry Road resident Arun Jadhav was walking near Neelkanth building at Marine Drive around 10pm when two persons accosted him and snatched a bag containing Rs1.50 lakh, 50 SIM cards and paper coupons worth Rs16,000 and ran away. “Efforts are being made to trace the culprits,” said a police officer.
