Day 3 of the Lakme Fashion Week saw actress Kajol make a rare appearance for sister Tanisha who was walking the ramp. The actress, who came in with her mum Tanuja, was there to attend designer Payal Kothari’s show. Tanisha walked the ramp in a short yellow dress. While Kajol looked very relaxed and was seen having a good time with her mum, just as the show finished, even as people were walking out, she escaped the snapparazzi.
The usually media-shy actress did not even apparently wait for sister Tanisha to join her and made a quick exit, even before the shutterbugs could reach her. While most celebs wait and hang out, talking to scribes, Kajol is one actress who prefers to stay away from the limelight.
Jeeva’s day out
Day 4 of LFW saw a relatively less turnout of celebs in the afternoon shows. The first show saw yesteryear villian Ranjeet with son Jeeva who will be soon debuting as an actress.
They had come for designer duo Anna-Liza and Anita Walia’s show, one of whom is apparently their relative. Khabru says many girls in the audience were constantly eyeing Jeeva and were also heard describing him as Hrithik part 2.
Though Jeeva makes rare public appearances, he certainly manages to grab eyeballs and much admiration from his female fans. However post Jeeva fever, the next show for designer Purvi Doshi began and no celeb was to be seen in the audience.
Kalki’s found new love!
Seems like actress Kalki Koechlin has slowly shed all her inhibitions especially in terms of sashaying on the ramp. After doing an impromptu jig at the recent jewellery week on one of her film’s dance numbers, Kalki has now taken to the ramp as well.
As the showstopper for designer Babita Malkani’s show, the actress donned a flowy brown gown. Present in the audience was her husband and director Anurag Kashyap. VJ Bani too was seen seated in the audience. But no other celebrity was in sight. We wonder why.
