Apply a classic eye pencil, and then move on to shimmery, diamond, glittery eyeshadows. You could also go for the popular smoky eye look. Overuse the black eyeshadow, or, break the all-black color on the eyelids by applying a soft colored line. And for the final touch, you could diamantes, artificial tattoos etc on your cheekbones to nail the dramatic look.
