Actor Shazahn Padamsee confesses that she gets stressed out easily in life, “I get easily stressed out. If I have to do too much stuff in very little time, then you will see me all freaked out and be stressed. It’s like if I have so many jobs to do in a very little time period I get worked up.”

So what’s her de-stress mantra? “Hit the gym. I love working out. And whenever I am stressed out I go to the gym. I usually try  and take time out to go to the gym five times a week. And if somehow I cannot, because of my busy work schedule, I start feeling low, lazy and lethargic,” confesses Shazahn. “A regular work out makes for a great day... it works like an energy supplement for me. Working out not only keeps you healthy and fit physically but it gives you mental peace and keeps you happy,” Shazahn adds.

 Apart from hitting the gym, another relaxation technique that Shazahn falls back on is watching films. “You know I love getting back home at night just to sit and enjoy some films or TV series on DVDs. Right now I am watching Entourage and I’m so glued to it. I even switch off my cell phone. My friends think that I have gone crazy,” she laughs. Lastly, she believes that her profession has a major part to play in the stress quotient. “Yes, it’s part of my job. But I love my work and I have no complaints. I feel that if you get everything on a platter then life becomes boring. A little tension and stress actually is good for work.
