Gender balance is a tight rope for most organisations: JP Morgan’s Kalpana Morparia

Many organisations have yet to learn how to go from ‘doing’ diversity to being diverse. 

CEO of JP Morgan India Kalpana Morparia reflects on the need for genuine support for women across corporations. 

Morparia insists that in the long run, gender balance should be pursued by men too, who may be at the receiving end of biases in society.

She urges people who feel they are being discriminated against to stand up for themselves no matter what the issue is.
