In a bizarre incident in Devon, Britain a duck walked into a bar, got drunk and then had a brawl with a dog. Star - the duck became an Internet celebrity after stories of him downing pints of beer did the rounds of social media however little did anyone suspect that he would some day take a punch to the face.
Reports in the 'cheddar valley gazette' assure that the injured celebrity duck is now recovering at a local hospital.

One this particular day they visited 'The Old Courthouse Inn' and ordered their usual. Maggie - the dog, who also belongs to Hayman was also present there.
According to Hayman the dog had had enough of Star's behaviour and eventually pounced on him leaving him with an injured beak. Hayman rushed the duck to the vet and reports suggest the bow-tie wearing feathered celebrity is well on his way to recovery.

Once Star's unusual story got out, wishes poured in from all corners of the world. Barrie took to Facebook to thank well-wishers,
Star was hand raised by Hayman and would follow him wherever he went and so eventually took to drinking when Hayman visited local taverns. However, Hayman is sure that Star's drinking days are over and very soon the two will be back on the streets performing to raise money for charity.
