5k volunteers took out foot march on RSS foundation day & were welcomed by various organisations
Thirty Path Sanchalans were conducted at 30 places across the city on Friday by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on the occasion of the foundation day of the RSS. About 5,000 RSS volunteers passed through different directions of the city and were welcomed by various social and business organisations en route.
It was on the day of Vijayadashami that the RSS was founded and the organisation takes out foot march every year on its foundation day. After Path Sanchalan concluded, Shastra Pujan was performed at 30 places and RSS volunteers performed surya namaskar, yoga, exercise and dand abhyas. On the occasion, senior RSS leaders addressed the volunteers at all the 30 places.
The Muslim community also gave a warm welcome to the RSS volunteers at the dargah area in Ajmer. Various Bharatiya Janata Party leaders and dignitaries were also participated in the march including minister of state Vasudev Devnani and mayor Dharmendra Gehlot.
Udaipur
On the occasion of Dussehra, the volunteers of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh of Udaipur conducted a foot march in Udaipur on Friday. Starting from the Town Hall, the procession went through the major roads of the city including Surajpole, Udiapole, Jhiniret, Mukherjee Chowk, Ghanta Ghar and Hathipole. Several senior BJP office bearers including the Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari, UIT Chairman Ravindra Shrimali, MLA Phool Singh Meena were also seen present on the occasion. These political leaders were welcomed with flowers wherever they went in the city. Many dignitaries including Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria were also present.
Alwar
Path Sanchalan was also carried out in Alwar on 93rd Foundation Day of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). They also oraganised Shastra Pujan ceremony at a marriage home situated in Company Bagh. The workers also performed physical exercises. The chief guest of the program was Colonel Satyaveer Singh Yadav and Dr. KK Gupta.
Also, the chief speaker on the occasion was Province Publicity Chief Manoj. The residents welcomed the progression with flowers and slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Zindabad’. Old Sangh workers and other dignitaries including Dr Rajeev Saxena were also present on the spot.
