Youth who attacked Rajesh Talwar released from jail

The man who attacked and seriously injured Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar was today released from a jail here after the Allahabad high court granted him bail last week.

"Utsav Sharma was released today. He got bail from the high court on Friday, but due to delay in completion of formalities his release was withheld," jail superintendent Vishweshwar Raj said.

Sharma was arrested after he assaulted Talwar outside a local court about two months ago.

He also attacked former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore, convicted in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case, outside a Chandigarh court last year.
