Wife axed to death by husband in Lucknow

Vandana, 35, was axed by her husband Shivaji after they had a heated argument over an issue yesterday, police said.

A man allegedly axed his wife to death following an estranged relationship between the couple, police said today.

Vandana, 35, was axed by her husband Shivaji after they had a heated argument over an issue yesterday, they said.

The couple had four children, including two daughters.

The police has launched a search to nab the accused, who fled from the scene after the incident.
