The United States has said that it had consistently shared information with India before and after the 26/11 Mumbai terror strikes.

Reacting to home secretary GK Pillai’s interview to a TV channel where he said that India was disappointed with the US for ‘selective’ information-sharing, US ambassador to India Timothy J Roemer said, “On three occasions intelligence was shared with India consistently and regularly, before and after 26/11, and the intelligence services of both the nations are working together by the hour every day. When India asked us for access to interrogate David Headley, we gave them that.”

New Delhi had objected to the FBI hiding sensitive information from India about Headley, a 26/11 terror suspect.
