Union overseas affairs minister Vayalar Ravi, who was injured in a road accident in Liberia, was today brought back here for further medical treatment.
Ravi, 72, was airlifted by an Indian Air Force special flight and on his arrival walked into a waiting ambulance.
He will be admitted to a private hospital here for treatment.
Ravi was injured in a car accident at Monrovia in Liberia on February 4. He was on a tour of African countries including
Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Liberia and Nigeria.
