Two women injured, temple damaged in lightning in J&K

Two women were injured and a temple was damaged when lightning struck at three places in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
    
Lightning struck a tree in Noushera bus stand area in Rajouri district last night and two women - Paramjeet Kour and Surinder Kour, standing under it, received serious burnt injuries, they said, adding that duo were admitted a hospital here.
    
A portion of a temple was damaged when lightning struck it in Nihalki village in Bari Brahamana belt of Jammu district, they said, adding that no one was injured.
    
An Ox was killed when lightning struck a cow-shed in Adlaid village of Bishnah town of Samba district last night, they said.
    
While, a dozen cattle were killed in lightning in Vijaypur belt of Samba district.
