Two property dealers shot dead in Uttar Pradesh

Two property dealers were shot dead in separate incidents in the district, police said today.

Dhir Singh, 52 was shot dead last evening allegedly by three assailants in his house at Jagaheri village here over a land dispute, they said.

A case has been registered against Jaipal, Yogendra and Lali and a search is on to nab them.

In the second incident, property dealer Devendra Choudhry, 50 was shot dead allegedly by Shailendra and his two sons Akash and Vikas in Shamli town yesterday.

The reason behind the murder is not known till now, police said, adding that the accused are absconding.
